Madda Walabu University (MWU) in Ethiopia, represented by its President, Dr. Berhanemeskel Tena, and Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) from Malaysia, represented by its Director, Professor Dr. Zulkhairi Amom, officially marked a significant milestone with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
